#Real estate management course professional

The degree project may be carried out at a company in Sweden or abroad. This provides the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired from the courses in a scientific manner to a problem chosen within the research profile of the profile. The degree project is a detailed study of a subject area within the scope of the programme. In the final term, students will conduct a master's degree project. Note that a few of the conditionally elective courses in the Real Estate Development and Land Law profile are taught in Swedish. While a few courses are mandatory for all students, most courses are conditionally elective courses. Students can choose between three profiles: Construction Project Management, Real Estate Development and Land Law, and Building and Real Estate Economics. The first term consists mainly of foundation courses for all students, after which it is possible to specialise according to educational background and interest. The master's programme in Real Estate and Construction Management consists of four terms of full-time study.
